Meet Andy and Richard

ARC is a new low intervention cider maker based in Suffolk. It was started in 2021 by friends Andy and Richard. Andy brings his experience of 8 years fine dining and nearly 15 years of brewing experience. Rich is a creative force with a lifetime of experience as an artist and maker. He also loves drinking cider. They hope that through minimal processing or addition of other ingredients they can let the wonderful produce and indigenous yeast do the talking.
